It's true that spring is the busiest season in the real estate marketing but did you know that homes put on sale in the fall are more likely to see within 6 months than those listed in the spring and spend 6-8 fewer days on the market. Prepare For the Colder Weather
Your HVAC system and drafts are going to be on peoples mind in the winter so make sure they are running great and your drafts problems are corrected. Charge you air filters, add some weather stripping, clean/inspect your chimney if you have a fireplace, etc. If you need some new doors or windows, now is the time.
